Tasted the most delicious margarita called "Midnight" at Stellas http://stellasbeer.com/commercial/ on commerial Drive. Nectar-like lychee liquor mixed with blueberry juice swirled together in a sumptuous pink concoction that swirled its aromatic magic throughout the bar. The smell was purely delectable. The taste? "heavenly". I also had a Frulie (strawberry wheat-based beer) It was nice and all, but nothing compared to the smooth and doubly sensuous "Midnight". Sipping "Midnight" at midnight on a saturday night... "sweet"!

Was at Central Bistro last night with a friend and had the 'judy bloom', "a sumptuous combination of cranberry juice and cassis, shaken with blueberry vodka" for $5! I love fruity drinks and this one was fruity to the max, right down to the green cherry in the bottom of the glass. The restaurant was perfect for chatting - the music was just the right level, and the service was quick. They also have a gas fireplace with seats right at the back -it looks so cosy, perfect for a group of 4 or 6. I will definitely return!
